QUALIFYING MEMBERSHIP AREA (from Articles of Incorporation)

All property in any part of the area which is reached principally by driving past the “Paradise Hills” sign located at the intersection of Climbing Way and Brinkley Drive (CR 330) in Wimberley, Hays County, Texas. Although this area is commonly referred to as Paradise Hills, the area includes but is not limited to Paradise Hills Sections I, ll, lll, lV, and other tracts and acreage that have frontage on the county roads and private roads beyond the aforementioned beginning location.

MISSION STATEMENT (from Bylaws)

PHARA seeks to unite area residents/owners through various social activities and to provide a forum for members to raise and discuss issues and concerns that affect the entire geographical area. Residents/owners, including those in adjacent areas, who share a common interest with Paradise Hills, and whose interest may be served by participating in the affairs of this Association are invited to join. PHARA is dedicated to the preservation and maintenance of Paradise Valley Park.

RIVER PARK ACCESS

Please note that membership in PHARA does not constitute right of access to the river park. By recorded warranty deed, access eligibility is only extended to property owners within the original 303.88 acre Brinkley Tract. Many properties within the Paradise Hills area fall outside the Brinkley tract, if in doubt, please contact a board member for assistance in determining eligibility. When you pay your dues, if you are within the River Park Access area, you will receive a badge and key. If you pay online or via a mailed check, you may pick up your key from Cliff Raymond, or mail him a self addressed, stamped envelope.

Sellers of property in Paradise Hills must return their river park key to PHARA, or turn it over to the new owners at closing, as the key and badge are property of PHARA. Please note that PHARA does not issue “resale certificates,” since we are not a mandatory HOA.
